I’m constantly encouraging each of my staff to suggest ways we can better serve our customer. Obviously, today’s customer is very price driven, so it’s vitally important that our product offerings are priced more competitively than the more recoginsable banks. However, it’s the word of mouth referrals that is what has grown the business, and customers are more likely to talk about the great service they received rather than securing a loan a few percentage points lower than the next guy’.
Get Approved Finance focuses on providing the customer with what they need. When asked the most important aspect of his business, what he believes sets them apart from the competitors, “it’s the people, my staff. We’re always recruiting and recruiting vigorously. Having the right people on board is the hardest thing to get right, and we’re always seeking to improve. Also, we invest in these people, through the right training and education.” Jeremy, having been through the university process, completing an Economics degree in London followed by a Law degree back in his home town, remains open minded as to the importance of formal education, “I don’t look for a degree when hiring, although it helps. I prefer to look to the attitude and personality of the applicant, and go a lot with gut feeling”.
Get Approved Finance is an example that in today’s high tech world, old fashioned service can successfully be combined with technological advances such as the internet to provide a winning combination for consumers.
